• We ask every guest to treat our team, our other guests and the restaurant itself with respect

Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability
• We may adjust or cancel a booking when we have to, and we will tell you if that happens
• If you arrive late we may have to shorten your seating or release the table

In the restaurant

• We may refuse service to, or ask to leave, anyone whose behaviour affects our team or our other guests
• We ask guests to dress and behave in keeping with a family restaurant
• Any damage to the restaurant or its property may be charged to the guest responsible

Orders and service

• Dishes, prices and availability may change without notice
• If you have a food allergy or a dietary requirement, please tell us before you order so we can advise you

Payment

• Payment is due at the end of your visit, by any of the methods we accept
• Prices are subject to any applicable taxes

Photography

We sometimes take photographs and video inside Kenora for our own marketing and social media. By visiting, you accept that you may appear in them. If you would rather not, please tell a member of our team and we will make sure you are left out.

Liability

We are not responsible for interruptions to this website or to our service, for personal belongings lost or left behind in the restaurant, or for anything outside our reasonable control. Nothing here removes any right you have under Saudi law.
